    I bought a 12000 fridge from at this place they told me the people in the back would help if I brought someone, when I came with someone to help and ask could they get the workers in the back they said no. That they didn’t want to get hurt. Don’t use this place most of the stuff they have you can find at Lowe’s or Home Depot or even eBay.

    Store Manager Andy Alvarez from the Sundland Park location in El Paso, Tx needs to improve his customer service etiquette. We asked to exchange a kitchen faucet we had purchased. He stated due to policy and procedures he was not allowed to do an exchange or refund. This was after I mentioned we needed an exchange and were interested in buying a high end dishwasher. I asked him if he was willing to lose a customer and he said that was my choice to go somewhere else but he had to stand by his policy and procedures because those were more important. I asked for his supervisors name and number. He stated this was not information he could share with me. As a retired executive for a large company I know this was not the proper way to handle this situation. I will never recommend this location.

    I visited the store on 2/19/25 5 minutes before closing, as soon as I entered the building the front desk assistant, Marisela, greeted me in a really bad mood saying that the store was about to close without asking if I needed any help. I explained that I was only going to take a quick look at the store and that I understood that they were about to close. At 5:00pm sharp she approached me to tell me to leave the building since they were already closed, I told her that I had a quick question and that if she could help me to which she replied that she could not and that I needed to leave and book an appointment to visit the store again; all of this on a very disrespectful, arrogant and sarcastic way. Marisela was extremely rude, the store needs to work on providing better customer service to their clients.

    Bad service I ordered a faucet paid $ 19.99 freight supposedly to get it in a week, was ordered November 24. I called December 4th. By December 18 now they told me by December 29. Let see.

    When our refrigerator quit working suddenly I was desperate for a new one. Tom's Appliance Repair recommended Fergusons of El Paso. I talked to Deborah Terrazas and she walked me through picking one out on the web. (We live 3 hours from El Paso) She got it ordered and kept me appraised of the delivery. Long story short. I got a new refrigerator and I am very excited What a great employee! Very professional and knowledgeable Thank you Deborah.

How long do I have to return an item?
