    Ordered a Subzero refrigerator, Wolf double oven, Cove dishwasher, Wolf 30 inch microwave, cooktop and exhaust fan hood. They delivered the refrigerator with dents in the exterior door and scratches inside. The microwave has a dent in the stainless steel exterior. Not a problem and thought it's likely an accident. They did replace the door with another door but that is dented as well. We have requested for over 2 months that they come back and replace the dented replacement door but they do not return calls. They are not responding to repair requests for the refrigerator scratches and dented microwave. Paid full price (~48K) for Subzero and Wolf appliances that look like they were thrown off their truck and they will not provide repair. Now I have the "opinion" and impression based on their attitude they had some old dented scratched up merchandise they wanted to stick somebody with at full price and I ended up with it. Obviously do not recommend Ferguson. There are other options for these appliances.

    Amanda was incredibly helpful! Im doing a full remodel of my home and went in originally just looking to pick out a shower head. I ended up purchasing all of the fixtures for two bathrooms and my kitchen! She was able to answer all of my questions and thought of things I hadn’t. It was such a relief to get it all taken care of in one trip & Chelsea was even able to help find some discounts on the items I’d picked out! I will definitely be back

    Honestly the worst experience ever with this company. Didn't order enough tile for the job, late deliveries, poor communication, botched delivery schedules, etc etc etc.and they don't answer their phones. You go in to perpetual hold and no one ever picks up. I can't say I'd ever use them again. One other thing I will add is that their 'designers' bill their time outside of Ferguson, too. Ours charged $500 for work that should have taken less than an hour. I can't believe Ferguson allows their employees to double dip and then charges these type of fees with no way of validating the time. I repeat - I would NEVER use this company again.

    Oh my, everything about this experience has been the best of the best, and their selection is good too! Our host was Chelsey, personable, knowledgeable, and sincerely looking out for our best interests.

How long do I have to return an item?

For most items, you may initiate a return for refund of the purchase price (not including shipping) within 90 days of receipt. Items cannot be returned or exchanged after 90 days from receipt of the order. Refunds will be applied to your account (minus return shipping) once the item(s) has been received and inspected by our warehouse team.
