    I am so grateful to have had excellent customer service for the remodeling of our kitchen and bathrooms. Nilda is very talented in terms of having an incredible eye for design, and was instrumental in bringing cohesion on our various selected fixtures and appliances. We had several appointments with her where we truly feel grateful for her time, expertise, and patience! She even helped us to pick out the right styled kitchen sink perfectly color matched to our counters for a seamless look. Regarding kitchen appliances, Nilda was very knowledgable on the various brands, features, and choices - no small task when there are sooo many choices. Her guidance helped us to pick the perfect appliances for us. We felt like we had a true partner to help us reach our goals! In terms of lighting, we had several rooms that needed lighting fixtures. Melissa, their lighting expert, was amazing too! She has access and knowledge to so many lighting manufacturers and gave us ideas we had not thought about. The end result from her lighting design expertise and guidance, created a wonderful ambiance in our home - as lighting is so important. And Nilda even shared her lighting ideas with us too for a true team effort. When it comes to remodeling, things may not always go perfect, but Ferguson and team always pulled through. A HUGE thank you to Nilda and Melissa! We are so happy with the outcome because of your guidance on product selection, intricate knowledge, and excellent customer service!

    Walked in and was ignored for 15 minutes. There was a total of two customers in the store. Asked a woman behind a desk for help, she said she is the lighting specialist and has no clue about shower heads. She said she would get someone, and 10 minutes later came up and said I would have to make an appt some other time. Some shower heads didn't have pricing and I only had a few simple questions, but the only associates in the store were not available bc they were dealing with the only two other customers in the store the entire time I was there, not saying a word or telling me a timeframe that they could get to me. I work in customer service and this store seems to lack very basic customer service based on this experience. Save time, energy, and frustration and don't come here if you want help and a few basic questions answered.

    We had lots of questions. Went through the showroom and then spent time with Payge a showroom consultant here. She was super helpful and we feel so much better undertaking our bathroom remodels!

How long do I have to return an item?

For most items, you may initiate a return for refund of the purchase price (not including shipping) within 90 days of receipt. Items cannot be returned or exchanged after 90 days from receipt of the order. Refunds will be applied to your account (minus return shipping) once the item(s) has been received and inspected by our warehouse team.
