    Zero customer service and don’t think about inconveniencing them with a question when someone finally does lift their head up. They rather kick back, sitting on the countertop and hit the high score in Candy Crush. Very disappointed and if I was one of the brands they sell, I would be questioning if this company is the best partner to represent my product. Real turn off.

    First walked into the Scottsdale location and received the cold shoulder from any sales consultant. Had to go out of our way to convince someone we were interested in purchasing several items. Once we finally got some help, narrowed it down to what we wanted. Went home to double check measurements and ordered and paid the next day. Our sales consultant was somewhat difficult to communicate with. Took days to respond to emails. One of our items was a undermount beverage refrigerator that had to be ordered. Was told it was backordered until September. Picked out a replacement and sent my request to the sales consultant. She informed me that due to the first refrigerator was on order I could not cancel and purchase an alternative. I contacted her via email several times to find a solution to this issue. My wife finally had to drive to the showroom and confront her regarding the problem. So far after 3 weeks, we are still getting the runaround and do not have a refrigerator that we paid for. I would not recommend Furguson’s for your appliance and plumbing needs. There are too many other retailers to choose from.

    Terrible! Their customer service is the worse. Too many other places to choose that are far better. Also, their installation teams are horrible. They installed incorrectly, with no regard to quality assurance: Fisher Paykal Dishwasher(error messages), Jennair built-in Refrigerator/Freezer(uneven and not secure). They installed our gas cooktop for natural gas, when it needed a propane gas compatibility, very dangerous! Oh and it gets even worse. They installed our $4000 Bosch stacked washer and dryer and it toppled over on its first use. Totally crashed to the floor. Someone could've gotten really hurt. The installation manager then has the audacity to tell my wife and I we are no longer wanted as customers. They did refund us for some of the installation costs. The only appliance they installed correctly was our Dakor oven and microwave. Avoid!

How long do I have to return an item?

For most items, you may initiate a return for refund of the purchase price (not including shipping) within 90 days of receipt. Items cannot be returned or exchanged after 90 days from receipt of the order.
