    TERRIBLE. We gutted our house and spent well over $50k at Ferguson on all kitchen and bath materials. One year later the stainless steel freezer panel came off of the freezer drawer of our $10k JennAir fridge. (Supposedly JennAir is supposed to be high quality?!?) I called Ferguson for help with fixing it and they aren't willing to do ANYTHING. Not even come out with a service charge fee. I was told to find a cabinet maker. I do not recommend trusting your house with this place. They do not have the customer's interest in mind. I'm in the process of ordering materials for my business space renovation and was just about to visit their showroom again. Glad I saw their true colors before giving them any more of my money.

    Received the worst service at counter from a work named Eurone. Also was Pressuring me to hurry and make a decision on purchasing a tool. Super lazy, he asked me to retrieve my own tool behind counter because he didnt want to retrieve a ladder, made me bag my own items and also made me grab my own copper pipe.

    Working with Ferguson's has been the absolute worst! I would never ever recommend this place to my friends or family and would let them know there are better places to get all your remodel needs. The salespeople ignore you if you don't have an appointment. Even then, it doesn't get any better. I was working with Sharon as my salesperson and she couldn't be any more difficult to contact, especially after you pay. My husband and I spent so much on kitchen and bath hardware and the customer service is nowhere near the price. We received a wrong item and they were not only not apologetic, they never reordered the replacement like she said they would and now I'm stuck waiting on a back ordered item that I should have received months ago. It takes jumping through hoops and a lot of time to call customer service about this issue. Do yourself a favor and buy all of your appliances and hardware literally anywhere else!!

    Before finding Ferguson, I had worked with a couple of other local kitchen and bathroom showrooms, but none quite measured up. When I connected with Elyse, Ferguson customer service rep. San Diego, the experience was night and day from the start—in the best way possible. Elyse has been nothing short of amazing. She’s always cheerful, down to earth, and truly goes above and beyond to help me source the perfect items for my projects. As an interior designer, I often have a lot of technical and design-related questions, and Elyse consistently delivers. She’s incredibly knowledgeable and resourceful, and if there’s ever something she doesn’t know offhand, she finds out without hesitation. Thanks to her, Ferguson has become my go-to for all kitchen and bathroom design needs—for both myself and my clients. Elyse has absolutely earned a lifelong client in me, and I’m so grateful to have her as a partner in this industry. Highly, highly recommend!

How long do I have to return an item?

For most items, you may initiate a return for refund of the purchase price (not including shipping) within 90 days of receipt. Items cannot be returned or exchanged after 90 days from receipt of the order. Refunds will be applied to your account (minus return shipping) once the item(s) has been received and inspected by our warehouse team.
