    I recently purchased an 800 Series Bosch refrigerator from Ferguson Home. Price tag of $3400. It has, from the start, had a loud gurgling noise cycling every 52 minutes for 9-12 minutes. It cannot be ignored or masked. I have received no help from Ferguson or Bosch. They both pass the buck and refuse to replace the obviously defective unit. 2 friends have the identical 800 Series and have no noise problem, so I know it is not right. I would like a replacement as it is brand new and quite expensive for me. The tech who came out, spent about 10 minutes and said the noise was normal. However, since my two friends do not have the noise, I know it is not normal. I have been a long time customer of Ferguson/Build.com and have purchased Bosch appliances in the past with no issues. I would advise against the 800 Series, especially since the provider and the manufacturer do not stand by their product. Buyer beware! It's a sleek supermodel to look at but burps continually. Looks aren't everything in this case.

    My wife and I are remodeling our bathroom. We ordered some sets but it is not perfect due to product flaws. We don't want to switch to other brands since this one looks pretty fancy. As a result, we returned and reordered back and forth many times and eventually got something working! Steven went above and beyond in the process. He is super nice and helpful. Definitely recommended!

    My goodness these people were unfriendly and unhelpful. They didn't want to answer a very basic question about the available widths for one of the vanities on the showroom floor. The girl at the front desk seemed annoyed that I would even dare to ask her a question.

    I went into this place looking for a light, and i must say they have tons of lights. Their products are not the run of the mill type products. It is up there in the quality of restoration hardware. Very nice refrigerator in the picture.

    I had the same experience as another reviewer. My order (3k < $ < 5k) was apparently not enough to be bothered with. Arrived on a Saturday morning and was told they were too busy to help me - or even place the order - because they were short staffed. (They are walk-in only on Saturdays.) This despite the fact that I was second in line, as I arrived before they opened and stood in the cold in order to speak with someone. (We are replacing a bathroom vanity due to damage from a catastrophic leak.) The way I was dismissed bothered me so much that this is my first Google review.

How long do I have to return an item?

For most items, you may initiate a return for refund of the purchase price (not including shipping) within 90 days of receipt. Items cannot be returned or exchanged after 90 days from receipt of the order.
