    The showroom is glitzy but although there are salespeople milling about there is really no one to help you. We finally got someone, but they seemed like they just wanted to be somewhere else and were not very helpful.

    I have experienced the worst customer care and service from Ferguson's, which is a disappointment since I have used them in the past and supposedly they are a high end store. I initially was at the Rockville store and inquired about a metal coat rack. I was told by the sales rep that they would return my phone call re: a question and this was never followed up on. My husband and I went on line to purchase the item and the price in the catalogue was higher than the showroom price. We called Virginia and got a quote and we placed the order. Nothing happened and about a month passed. We returned to the Rockville store and after investigation it turns out that the order was NEVER placed. We were told AGAIN by the sales reps that the manager would take care of this and call/email us to confirm. A few days have gone by. This has not been done yet. I am in the process of AGAIN trying to reach a manager and so far have been unsuccessful. I get triaged to a VM. I will most likely never buy from this store again. VERY disappointed.

    When looking for kitchen and bath ideas, Ferguson was one of the first stores that came to mind. Their on-display selection is incredible and allowed me to know the products first-hand and make better selections. They also have a large parts office in the back of the building for professionals and DIY minded people. I enjoy looking at options and shopping there.

How long do I have to return an item?

For most items, you may initiate a return for refund of the purchase price (not including shipping) within 90 days of receipt. Items cannot be returned or exchanged after 90 days from receipt of the order. Refunds will be applied to your account (minus return shipping) once the item(s) has been received and inspected by our warehouse team.
