    Nancy Buehrle at the GSI Bath Showplace in Doylestown, PA helped us to create the most beautiful half bath! She has an arts background and was SO much fun to shop with! My husband and I were in the store several times shopping and discussing materials. Nancy was patient and very helpful as she showed us numerous options in different price ranges. She helped me define my vision of what I truly wanted the half bath to look like without being pushy in any way. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for excellent assistance and expertise with bath design. She is the best!

    We attempted to gather information and evaluate bathroom fixtures several times at various places. The project, which involved completely redoing two bathrooms, was overwhelming and frustrating. One bathroom was being designed by me and the other by my wife. Eventually, we stopped at the GSI Bath Showplace in Doylestown. We had no appointment, and by chance, met Nancy Buehrie. I told her what we were attempting to do. She listened and then began, through a series of one-hour appointments, to walk us through the project from A to B to C. She carefully pointed out options allowing us time to process the information and make our decisions. Items were delivered to our home as scheduled and needed by our contractor. We are very thankful to have found GSI Bath Showplace, and especially Nancy, and we would highly recommend her. Peter and Carolyn, Langhorne, PA.

    Just want to give a 5 star shout out to Nancy Buehrle. Nancy helped my wife and I put together an amazing bathroom. We are thrilled with our new vanity, soaking tub, and every other accessory that Nancy helped us choose so that we could put together our dream bathroom. This is the second time that we worked with Nancy and GSI Bath Showplace in Doylestown for a major renovation in our home. My wife and I are very pleased with the results of both projects!

    Huge letdown in service I placed a Delta bath shower trim. Maureen, the front desk sales lady, took the order after Delta advised which trim would fit best considering the valve was outdated. First quote was $400, final quote was $563 after conferring with Delta Rep. The parts arrive and a experienced plumber (in the business 40 years), installed the parts. One part, the bath spout, after 90 minutes of trying to install was found to be defective. I contacted the sales person, explained the situation and sent a photo. I was informed that a replacement would be received with the agreement that I would return the defective part. I explained that I was just billed by the plumber for 90 min of service on trying to install a defective product and would like management to call to discuss. No return call but the part was shipped within a week. When I returned the defective part, I explained about the additional time I was billed and that since I did not receive my plumber’s account discount, could I either be compensated for the additional time or refunded the plumber discount amount. Response: no on both fronts because my replacement order was expedited. I asked for the manager and suddenly the sales person became the manager!! Next time I’ll travel the extra 10 miles to Weinstein in Willow Grove. So disappointed since I ordered all my parts from this Grove location for 2 full baths within past 3 years…..

How long do I have to return an item?

For most items, you may initiate a return for refund of the purchase price (not including shipping) within 90 days of receipt. Items cannot be returned or exchanged after 90 days from receipt of the order. Refunds will be applied to your account (minus return shipping) once the item(s) has been received and inspected by our warehouse team.
