    Spoke with a sales rep over the phone Feb 27th. Ordered an Asko dishwasher over the phone, gave my card information, address, email, phone #, etc. Was told I will be receiving an email confirmation shortly after the call. A few days went by, the card wasn't run, no order confirmation, etc. I called our sales rep on March 4th asking if the unit was ordered, they assured me it was. Still no order confirmation, receipt, card was not run, etc. Called back March 6th as I had no confidence the unit was ordered. Spoke to another sales rep and he informed me nothing was ordered and he would get the order going now. A whole week later. This set the delivery date, and the install date back a whole week. Why on Earth was the unit not ordered when I hung up the phone? Why did I have to call 2-3 times to order a $2000 dishwasher? After COVID, I have found customer service to be horrendous. Nobody cares anymore, everything is difficult and nothing works. I basically had to beg Ferguson to let a $2000 order go through. Positives include the sales support rep that helped order the unit when it was not initially ordered, and the installation team. Install scheduling and the actual install itself was a breeze. My initial review was 5/5 because of how easy it was to order this unit, however the week following made me change my review. I think Ferguson is more suited for big home builders doing bulk ordering, not a one or two time buyer. I'll probably just go to Don's appliances next time as they have always been easy to work with. It's a shame, because Ferguson has some nice products.

How long do I have to return an item?

For most items, you may initiate a return for refund of the purchase price (not including shipping) within 90 days of receipt. Items cannot be returned or exchanged after 90 days from receipt of the order. Refunds will be applied to your account (minus return shipping) once the item(s) has been received and inspected by our warehouse team.
