    Horrible service after delivery. Don't purchase from Ferguson if you ever expect any help after purchase. We purchased our kitchen appliances from Ferguson in June 2021. The appliances were on back order and weren't delivered until January 2022. The Dacor range hood stopped working in July 2022, after being used for 2 months. Two different representatives at the local Ferguson store told me that since the purchase was made more than one year ago, they could not help because all of their records are wiped out after one year (that's the first time I've heard that from any company I've ever purchased from). They suggested I call Ferguson's corporate office. The corporate office couldn't help, and they sent me to the corporate credit department who told me that they don't have any records because it was purchased using a credit card, not a corporate Ferguson account. The credit Dept rep told me that I should call the local store because they should have the records of my purchase. I reminded the credit rep that two people at the local store sent me to the corporate office and she said that doesn't sound right, but if that's the case, there's nothing they could do. I'm now trying to reach Dacor directly to see if the manufacturer can help. I'm not sure if we'll have success, but at least Dacor seems to be trying to help figure this out by going through their records. Glad that Dacor keeps records because we've now been told by the local Ferguson store and Ferguson's HQ that they have no records.

    When my wife and I entered Ferguson in Mashpee MA we were greeted by this wonderful team of James McAndrews Showroom Manager and Showroom Consultant Elizabeth Holmes. To say the least they were extremely helpful in helping us choose the right kitchen appliances and our washer and dyer to the right trim kits for our showers and picking out our beautiful sitting tub and toilets and sinks. We also choose all of our lighting and ceiling fans because of such a positive experience with dealing with the team at Ferguson. Lastly they followed up if not daily and weekly to make sure that all of our purchases were delivered on time and that everything was in working order. WE REALLY HAD A TEN STAR EXPERIANCE!!!!!!!!!!!!     Purchased a Whirlpool dryer in January 2014. Dryer was delivered to my house with a huge dent in the side. Had to order a replacement and wait another 10 days for it to arrive. When the new dryer came there was no power cord included. I called to ask them to bring me a power cord. First lady I talked with told me a power cord wasn't included and I would have to order that separately. Are you kidding me? Had to speak to manager and let them know that the power cord was included in the first (damaged) dryer that was delivered to my house. They finally offered me a power cord, but would not deliver it, so had to go back there and pick it up. Fast forward to March 2015 dryer is dead after 14 months. Whirlpool warranty is 12 months so we are SOL and Ferguson does not service the products they sell. It's nice to support the local business, but I can't think of any good reason to pay a premium to buy from these guys again when sales, service and support are arguably worse than the big box stores.

How long do I have to return an item?

For most items, you may initiate a return for refund of the purchase price (not including shipping) within 90 days of receipt. Items cannot be returned or exchanged after 90 days from receipt of the order. Refunds will be applied to your account (minus return shipping) once the item(s) has been received and inspected by our warehouse team.
