    Walked in around 4:20 you would have thought it was 4:59. Did so at the recommendation of my tile lady with whom I spent $10,000. I surely won’t be back. Met a young man when we walked in. He handed us off to a young lady. She immediately recommended we make an appointment to come back. She begrudgingly walked with us after I explained I didn’t want to come back I just drove here. I want to see what they have and the prices and I’ll determine if I want to return. She never gave her name nor did she ask ours. She pretended to be putting things into a laptop but now I realize she never got our name or address so clearly she wasn’t building a quote. I explained we purchased a new home and were renovating the whole thing in the market for exterior lighting for 6 balconies, 6 indoor fans, 3 chandeliers, faucets, showers etc. Once we walked thru and agreed to make an appt for Tuesday she didn’t bother helping us make it, asking for us to ask for her, or even giving us a card. I’ve been in sales 15 years we encountered one person in the whole place who seemed happy to be there and willing to help. The lady who walked us around didn’t even bother walking us to the door. She was busy sitting with a peer talking and yelled across the building as we left to “thank us for coming in”. My recommendation would be to have your leadership there until close. Ensure they not just present but engaged tl ensure your sales floor and potential customer’s experience is consistent.

    Upscale bath store. Fully stocked plumbing parts and state of the art bath and kitchen items for sale. A lot in stock and special orders can be obtained in a reasonable time frame

    Such a wonderful experience - thus far. I walked in with the intention to walk around and get inspiration for a kitchen remodel. Then I asked if I could speak with an associate just to get a few questions answered about some items I viewed online. Nick Buckhorn was my associate. What a pleasure! He not only answered my questions, but helped guide me to options I never thought about. From there, he has spent time helping me narrow down my ideas for the perfect kitchen environment. He was also very patient with my husband, who is not a "shopper" but wanted to see and touch everything like a kid in a toy store...lol. After a few weeks, we are about to finalize our appliances and plumbing,a nd could not be happier! Thank you, Nick!

    If you have something on order just expect it to be on back-order. Other than that good service and great people. The showroom is cool too lots of friendly staff.

How long do I have to return an item?

For most items, you may initiate a return for refund of the purchase price (not including shipping) within 90 days of receipt. Items cannot be returned or exchanged after 90 days from receipt of the order. Refunds will be applied to your account (minus return shipping) once the item(s) has been received and inspected by our warehouse team.
