    Beautiful showroom but had a bad through and through experience with sale person with initials MR. First red flag was when I ordered through the phone and was charged few hundreds more than expected. When questioned, she insisted it was tax and that she doesn’t calculate or determine tax….well as I suspected, it wasn’t the tax, it was extra items I didn’t know of or agree to buy that some how made it into the order. When I found out, her response was ‘oh don’t know how they got in there’. I then had her cancel and reorder with the correct amount. Most items arrived ok but 4 items needed to be exchanged. I brought them in store to request the exchange, her comments and attitude were extremely rude and off putting - ‘you are purchasing cheapest of the cheap, you can’t expect better’ (I spent $5k on that order!!), ‘item arrived with seal broken is not a valid reason for return’ (???!!), or ‘you are NOT gonna like the replacement either’ when I want to exchange due to paint defect/ inconsistency. This type of customer service is gaslighting and deceiving!! I’d never give my business to this showroom again.

    Strange place. I’m about to remodel two bathrooms and since my aunt mentioned that she’d made money on the stock (without ever setting foot in a Ferguson’s) I decided to go check it out. There was no greeting and no acknowledgment from the reception desk, either when I entered or when I left, and I wandered around for some time without a single one of the sales people even giving me a smile. I felt rather like Julia Roberts’s character in Pretty Woman—although, as far as I know, I don’t look particularly disreputable, even if I don’t sport designer clothes! It isn’t a cheap place but the prices aren’t at all out of line for a non-Trumpian remodel, so I have no idea. It’s kind of odd to feel so unwelcome in a store.

    Love visiting Fergusons ❤️. They have a wonderful array of upper and high end product lines for just about everything you might need for a home update. From luxury appliance brands like Wolf, Thermador, Miele, Viking, and more to exquisite lighting, bathroom fixtures and more. A must stop for your design needs.

    I walked away feeling very inadequate. I thought I was buying the best of the best from Lowe’s in Home Depot but I gotta tell you these guys I’ve got some incredible quality products. I mean oh my goodness they are way upscale. This is some good stuff.

    Not one sales person asked if my husband and I needed any help. Was in the market for a vanity and it was a waste of my time to drive over there. We walked thru the entire store. Never again.

How long do I have to return an item?

For most items, you may initiate a return for refund of the purchase price (not including shipping) within 90 days of receipt. Items cannot be returned or exchanged after 90 days from receipt of the order. Refunds will be applied to your account (minus return shipping) once the item(s) has been received and inspected by our warehouse team.
