    I often buy there as opposed to big box. The warranty on products is more efficient, and inventory isn't a problem.

    What an A-1 experience! Building a new home and this was a vendor our builder sent us to for appliances, plumbing fixtures, lighting, etc. We met with Kristin who was able to keep us in budget and find selections that both my wife and I agreed on - and that was no small task seeing as how we are almost polar opposites in taste and style. Not the least expensive store, but often you get what you pay for and exemplary customer service is worth every penny. Kristin spent a significant amount of time with us over three separate visits, probably 5 hours in total, helping us make our selections. She got the paperwork to our builder and they have great thing to say about her as well.

    I’m writing to express my continued disappointment with the level of customer service at your location. Despite multiple visits and ongoing issues, it’s disheartening to see that nothing has improved. On several occasions, including our most recent visits to Fergusons, not once has anyone acknowledged us, offered assistance, or even made eye contact. This lack of basic courtesy leaves us feeling ignored and unwelcome. What’s most concerning is the apparent lack of accountability or effort from management to address these service issues—despite what I’m sure are numerous similar complaints. The perception this creates is that your business simply does not value its customers. We sincerely hope this feedback is taken seriously and results in meaningful changes. Customers deserve to feel respected and supported, especially when they’ve made the effort to visit your store.

    I am not a plumber, and I know I showed up close to close. I get all that, but they close at 4 in the parts department, and I left work early to get there. That's being said it really is irrelevant to the way the man treated me. When I walked in, I had a part that I thought I needed but the gentleman behind the counter talked to me like I was an idiot, was very rude, and told me I'd have to replum my entire shower when all a needed was 1.29 piece that I ended up getting from Floyd's Hardware.

How long do I have to return an item?

For most items, you may initiate a return for refund of the purchase price (not including shipping) within 90 days of receipt. Items cannot be returned or exchanged after 90 days from receipt of the order. Refunds will be applied to your account (minus return shipping) once the item(s) has been received and inspected by our warehouse team.
