    This is truly the worst place to do business with. We spent a small fortune with them and their salespeople all act like they’re too good to work with you. On top of that, their installation staff is terrible. We’ve had to have our icemaker replaced twice, remounted three times, our drawer fridges mounted because they forgot. Now I’ve realized that they never mounted my kickplates to my dishwasher or range. Plus they charge full retail price for everything. Better to just order off the internet, save a fortune, and then hire a handyman to install.

    This place has terrible customer service. No one cared about helping me or my wife. We were in there for approximately 20 to 30 minutes and not one person came up and asked whether we needed any help or they could assist us in anyway. They weren’t even busy. A store with such nice products should have customer service support to match. I will never give this place a dime.

    Zero stars if I could. My husband and I have been to Ferguson in Nashville twice now. Both times, we were completely ignored. On our second visit, the store was nearly empty—plenty of open space, but somehow not enough time or interest from the at least eight salespeople comfortably parked at their desks. We’re not just shopping for a faucet—we’re renovating an entire home from top to bottom. Every. Single. Room. Although we had money to spend, I felt like we were being judged for not looking fancy enough and/or not having our high-end designer tagging along. I told my husband I’m not going back. Can’t imagine the third time would be the charm.

    The entire company as far as the Nashville branch is concerned. Needs rework from the ground up.

How long do I have to return an item?

For most items, you may initiate a return for refund of the purchase price (not including shipping) within 90 days of receipt. Items cannot be returned or exchanged after 90 days from receipt of the order. Refunds will be applied to your account (minus return shipping) once the item(s) has been received and inspected by our warehouse team.
