    I broke a glass globe on an island pendant light in my apartment. The lighting group/manufacturer refused to sell me a replacement and sent me here. Teri helped me with the manufacturer and stayed in constant contact via email and I got it in the mail relatively quickly.

    I love this place. I was having difficulty finding a vent hood for an open peninsula kitchen. They had a wonderful selection and installation was perfect. I highly recommend this store. They have beautiful products.

    Impossible to get an operator or sales associate to pick up the phone. I'm on the market for a Miele Complete C3 Marin Canister Vacuum cleaner and I wanted to support my local business instead of buying from Amazon. I called four (n=4) times (Saturday, Monday, Wednesday and Friday) to enquire about product availability and price - good luck with that! Every single time, I was the 6th, 7th or 8th caller waiting on the line.... After 15 mins waiting, I hanged up. This is terrible customer service - If I can't even get anyone to pick up the phone QUICKLY or give me an option to have a sales rep to call me back, then I know everything there is to know about this business - backwards/inwards mentality. Too bad, I've taken my business elsewhere and I'm certainly never going to set foot on this showroom... I baffles me that businesses like this still exist with such terrible customer service.

How long do I have to return an item?

For most items, you may initiate a return for refund of the purchase price (not including shipping) within 90 days of receipt. Items cannot be returned or exchanged after 90 days from receipt of the order. Refunds will be applied to your account (minus return shipping) once the item(s) has been received and inspected by our warehouse team.
