    Jan was an incredibly knowledgeable and kind consultant. She immediately understood our style and suggested exactly what we were looking for. It was a truly wonderful experience working with her to choose the lighting fixtures for our new home.

    My wife and I went to the Frisco location without an appointment. We spoke with Shamika the manager. She had Jan help us as she had to leave for the day. Jan and Shemika were terrific in putting together the items needed for a bathroom remodel.

    For me to give a single star is truthfully over rated. Fortunately, for me it’s been decades since I’ve experienced blatant overt discrimination in a place business. But this experience that me and my family had at this store felt like a throwback to the mid 50’s. Writing this review is difficult because I am almost speechless at how “professional” business people could feel comfortable with ignoring customers who came to a store with the intentions of making a major purchase of several items. This maybe of no concern to the owner(s) of this establishment but it’s appalling how we ignored and treated as though we were invisible. Our presence was dismissed until one of staff told us they were closed and we could schedule an appointment. Absolutely no eye contact, thanks for stopping by our store, or we look forward to having you revisit us. It was insulting that the racist energy was felt until we left the store. I will never recommend this store to anyone!

    On September 13, 2025, my family and I visited this establishment and were met with an experience that felt both unwelcoming and discriminatory. Upon entering, none of the staff acknowledged us, despite the fact that they were seated at the front desk and not assisting any other customers. Throughout the entirety of our visit, no one offered us assistance or even a simple greeting. While we did arrive approximately 18 minutes before closing, we believe this does not excuse the lack of basic courtesy or professional service. The only interaction we received was when a male staff member approached us at closing time to inform us that the store was closing, at which point he briefly mentioned scheduling an appointment or providing a business card. As we exited, we made an effort to thank the staff and say goodbye despite our poor experience, but none of them responded or even made eye contact. What made this particularly troubling was the stark difference in how we were treated compared to the white customers who were present at the same time. They were greeted warmly and assisted, while we were entirely overlooked. As a Black family, we could not help but feel that racial bias played a role in the treatment we received. It left us with the impression that staff may have assumed we were not potential customers simply because of the color of our skin. This was not just a personal impression—every member of my family left feeling the same way. What should have been a simple shopping experience instead became a moment where we felt excluded and judged unfairly. We will not be returning to this business, nor will we recommend it to others.

    Extremely unfriendly and unwelcoming staff. Did not greet, did not offer any assistance and did not even speak on the way out even with a staff member at the front desk. Would not recommend this location at all!

How long do I have to return an item?

For most items, you may initiate a return for refund of the purchase price (not including shipping) within 90 days of receipt. Items cannot be returned or exchanged after 90 days from receipt of the order.
