    Ordered a vanity that was supposed to arrive with 2 weeks. Got an email after 2 weeks that it was delayed another 2. Then got an email again after waiting a month to say it is back ordered for another 3months!!!! And no one could’ve called the customer to explain, apologize or anything?!?! Don’t suggest shopping here.

    Disaster! Ordered basic kitchen appliances which arrived and still could not get in touch with Ferguson to set up a site survey. Lots of back-and-forth, took an additional 2 to 3 weeks just to talk to someone about a a site survey followed by being told they are now several weeks out to do one. And as of today - I still haven’t been able to book my site survey. Products can’t be installed without the site survey. The lack of organization and poor customer support has pushed my project by several months now. Please do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. They are a mess.

How long do I have to return an item?

For most items, you may initiate a return for refund of the purchase price (not including shipping) within 90 days of receipt. Items cannot be returned or exchanged after 90 days from receipt of the order. Refunds will be applied to your account (minus return shipping) once the item(s) has been received and inspected by our warehouse team.
