    UPDATE: I called Ferguson home customer service to arrange an exchange of the defective faucet. The phone rep couldn’t have been easier to work with. Though the replacement faucet won’t arrive for several days, at least they acknowledged the problem and did the right thing to resolve it. Hoping the replacement faucet is problem-free, but believe Ferguson Home will work with me to resolve it if it isn’t. Changing rating from 2 to 4 stars. Ordered 2 bathroom faucets and a shower kit. Shipping was prompt. 2 faucets and mixing valve arrived first. The boxes for ALL THREE items had obviously been opened by someone else, repackaged (poorly), and sold as new. While the mixing valve and one faucet look o.k. To install, one faucet had stains and multiple fingerprints that wouldn’t wipe off. So I have to waste time arranging an exchange. I’m VERY disappointed that Ferguson seems fine misrepresenting the condition of their “new” products to their customers. If you market your product as new, send me a new, unused item. Not someone else’s return.

How long do I have to return an item?

For most items, you may initiate a return for refund of the purchase price (not including shipping) within 90 days of receipt. Items cannot be returned or exchanged after 90 days from receipt of the order. Refunds will be applied to your account (minus return shipping) once the item(s) has been received and inspected by our warehouse team.
