    Communication with these people is so horrible it's off the charts. If you are doing new construction and hit a few snags which is normal, give this place a call so you can send your nerves into overdrive. I'm certain to get a nice little AI auto response apologizing for my experience but nobody human really cares.

    Go to Southland. Simple as that. I’m building a new house and have purchased everything through Ferguson, many many 1000’s of dollars. It has been a train wreck. Terrible customer service, appliances delivered banged up, wrong color faucets ordered, delivered and installed before it was caught. Some faucets delivered messed up. Appliances that haven’t arrived yet, unfortunately I’m stuck. All this is dragging out the final stage. The reps will never communicate with my contractor nor do they listen when he tells them where to deliver items. Do yourself a massive favor and don’t even stop here. I would give negative stars if I could. I’m going to do a few people a favor and not put any names in here. I’m not vindictive, but would like a few people to not go through what I’ve gone through. Whoever is going to respond and say, sorry to hear, we strive….blah blah blah. What’s done is done, it was terrible and continues to be.

    Great experience here. I came in with some idea of what I wanted & my budget. Everyone was very helpful with finding the right tubs & fixtures for my bathroom & I will be making a large order here soon. I recommend Stacey. Note that you should make an appointment or come in and look around and set up an appointment.

    Here is my experience today. The service call today is $144 plus the tech is saying that I have to pay for the covered warranty part by Viking. Which he said could be $500. This has been the worst experience with an extended warranty plan that I have ever dealt with, I am having to take time out of my busy workday to make calls and fill out paperwork. I am running a 9-million-dollar hotel project. I don't have time to handle this. That is why I purchased the extended warranty for New Leaf/Ferguson to handle it. I will never purchase any extended warranty again from Ferguson and will make sure one else does.

How long do I have to return an item?

For most items, you may initiate a return for refund of the purchase price (not including shipping) within 90 days of receipt. Items cannot be returned or exchanged after 90 days from receipt of the order. Refunds will be applied to your account (minus return shipping) once the item(s) has been received and inspected by our warehouse team.
