    We had a truly disappointing and frustrating experience with Ferguson. We spent over $50,000 on fixtures and appliances and were charged installation fees for all of them. The process of scheduling installations and dealing with their installation manager was disorganized and unprofessional from the beginning. In the end, Ferguson only installed a few of the appliances, yet we never received a refund or credit for the rest of the installation services we paid for. Worse, the appliances they did install were done so incorrectly. We’ve had ongoing problems ever since. The most serious issue was with our built-in refrigerator: the 100+ lbs. door completely detached from its hinges and nearly landed on my wife’s foot. Prior to this, I had reported to Ferguson that the door wasn’t functioning properly, but they delayed sending a technician. When it finally broke, their install manager blamed our cabinetry company, claiming they must have used a panel that was too heavy—despite Ferguson being the ones who installed it. Then their showroom manager claimed the hinges hadn’t even been adjusted or swapped by their crew. Eventually, they sent a certified Thermador technician who confirmed that Ferguson’s installers had improperly swapped the fridge door and failed to reinstall all the necessary attachment hardware, which directly caused the failure. To date, Ferguson has done little to resolve the issue or take responsibility. Their customer service is poor, their accountability is nonexistent, and the safety of their installations is clearly questionable. This has been a terrible experience, and I would never recommend Ferguson to anyone. Buyer beware.

    We are in the middle of a home renovation and went to the Salt Lake City Ferguson showroom last week to try to order some bathroom fixtures, as well as vanities and lights. The receptionist said she didn’t work on the floor and the sales staff would help us. Not one sale representative greeted us or asked if they could give us some direction. We asked a lady with long blond hair if she could help us with a faucet we had a question on. She took the model # and stayed at her desk… said she would have to do some further research and would get back to us. Took our contact information and never reached out. This is unfortunate as we have a very large project that we are shopping for. This is a beautiful showroom, but absolutely terrible customer service.

How long do I have to return an item?

For most items, you may initiate a return for refund of the purchase price (not including shipping) within 90 days of receipt. Items cannot be returned or exchanged after 90 days from receipt of the order.
