    I had a poor experience at the Showroom . Although I did not have an appointment, the lady behind the desk seemed very disinterested in providing me with any help. When I inquired about a drawer pull that I was interested in, she could not locate it on her computer, instead, she asked me to look as she scrolls for it. Also, I asked if she could kindly point out a few standard kitchen faucets/ nothing top of the line & no 'bells or whistles needed'. She said 'well there's plenty around. It's really personal preference." She then proceeded to pick up a call on her head-set, which I took as my cue to leave. I will never return here. I am so 'put off' by the indifference and careless reception that I was given.

    We are shopping for a bathroom renovation. Vanity, medicine cabinet and light. Spoke to a wonderful lady named Tina who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She gave us all of the information we need to make our decision. Great job!!

    Terrible customer service. I had a very large order for new construction. They not only screwed up my order, they were rude and they didn't return my phone calls. It has been a super frustrating experience.

    Went to showroom in Cherry Hill NJ Saturday morning 2/9/19. Greeted by Ms Kaitlin Stack customer service upon entering showroom. Asked Ms. Stack for direction of a specific product. Ms. Stack pointed just go over that way. Ms Stack verbally indicated she did not want to be bothered or spoken to. Fortunately, Donna Gambino (5 stars) was extremely helpful which allowed me to make a fantastic purchase. Donna was great!!!! Thank you Ms Stack inputted the purchase order while rolling her eyes to indicate she was annoyed about completing data entry order for my purchase. Very uncomfortable interaction with Ms Stack.
