    Great selection but the customer service not so much. I bought all of my Jennair appliances (refrigerator, range and dishwasher) from them in 2023. Unfortunately, the wrong range was delivered. To avoid waiting 6 moths for a replacement I agreed to take the flor model for a discounted price (there were a few scratches). 1.5 year later all of the Jennair appliances started malfunctioning. I submitted a warranty service request but upon the inspection it turned out that the range I had in my kitchen didn’t match my receipt and that it was 4 years old. I knew I was buying a flor model but had no idea it was 4 years old and wouldn’t be covered under the warranty. I contacted Ferguson hoping they would help me solve this issue but it turned out the management had changed, the person who sold me the flor model wasn’t available….etc, etc. I then contacted Jennair customer service and they offered to make an exception and extend the warranty of the range even though it was 6 years old at that time to compensate me for the poor experience with their appliances. They just requested some kind of proof that I purchased the range from Ferguson in 2023. Despite numerous calls, emails and assurances I wasn’t able to get it and finally gave up and paid over $600 for the repair.

    Ferguson has fantastic product for your higher-end remodel. Unfortunately, their service is a big challenge. My experience (at another location in another state) was that when I was working with a professional designer, I got incredible sales support. But as an individual just walking off the street, there was no service whatsoever. After a half hour of wandering around, not a single person offered assistance. That said, I showroomed them so hard, looking at all the great product. But I don't expect to buy from them.

    Visited the showroom for the first time. Lots to look at and plenty of fancy options for bathroom, lighting, and kitchen. I had heard the store people weren't very friendly or helpful, and another customer even commented on this to me when I lent him my tape measure, but I thought the folks at the store were friendly and when I needed help I was able to seek someone out who answered my question cheerfully. This isn't where to go to find a bargain, but a great place to go to be able to see and touch housing fixtures and get ideas.

How long do I have to return an item?

For most items, you may initiate a return for refund of the purchase price (not including shipping) within 90 days of receipt. Items cannot be returned or exchanged after 90 days from receipt of the order.
