    I had an issue with a soap dispenser that I purchased through Ferguson when we did our renovation just a few years ago. We tried getting a new insert for it, but it never really worked properly. I contacted Ferguson again and had the pleasure of working with Jonathan Rich. He intervened on our behalf, first trying again with a new insert, but ultimately working with the company to replace the dispenser. It is hard to find individuals who will listen, problem solve, present solutions in the current climate. He was very responsive to my emails and calls and always extremely professional. He is a true asset to the Ferguson Corporation- thank you for employing an individual of his caliber. Keep him happy!

    They need to update hours of operation. I just spent 35 minutes in heavy traffic to get there before closing,5pm according to the page,I got there at 4:45 on the hottest day of the year because my condenser fan seized and the sign says they closed at 4pm.

    I don't like to leave negative reviews. I always try to contact management before leaving a review that could damage a company's reputation. However, there is ZERO customer service happening at the Southampton branch of Ferguson. We were dealing with Lauren in the showroom for a client's renovation. We were unable to get Lauren on the phone to work out some issues and place a fixture order. Not only is she unresponsive, but rude. The customer reached out to Lauren directly in an attempt to place the order and was told "If you need to source your materials from another vendor that is willing to accommodate your needs, please fee free to do so." We forwarded this correspondence to the branch manager Gina who could not be bothered to respond. So, we did exactly what Lauren suggested and sourced our materials elsewhere.

    Worked with Ben Carrick to choose the exact fixtures and accessories we wanted. He could not have been more helpful and knowledgeable. We met with him several times to change and add to our choices and he was always available and courteous. I strongly recommend this company for any and all plumbing needs. Ask for Ben.

How long do I have to return an item?

For most items, you may initiate a return for refund of the purchase price (not including shipping) within 90 days of receipt. Items cannot be returned or exchanged after 90 days from receipt of the order.
