    On hold forever to pay for my order, i understand that a lot of products are on back order,but again its annoying to be on hold for unreasonably long time.wouldn't come back

    I wanted to say the showroom is small but beautiful but if I could give the blond female that was at the showroom front desk a 0 star I would. I walked in today with a contractor and with my mother who is doing a big remodeling job to her home. We walked in and were not greated. There was a blond lady and a white gentleman younger than her at the front desk. They have no people skills and selling skills at all. They did not seem to want to help us or answer any questions the contractor had. They seemed like they didnt even want to be bothered even while the place had not other customers. They told us right a way to go online to look for what we were looking for. They didnt even talk to us about anything that was available on the showroom floor. It's just the way she acted towards us that really made me go through with writing a bad review. Maybe she has a couple big clients she work with where she feels like she dont have to help anyone walking in to purchase items. Right before we were walking out the door a gentlemen did explain some things with us and was more helpful than she was. Luckily the contractor has worked with your company multiple times and took us over to the warehouse and they greated us and were very friendly and had a lot of knowledge. They were just the most pleasant people and I will do a separate review about the warehouse workers which was just friendly and amazing people. The warehouse workers should train the showroom floor how to greet and help their customers. I left the showroom feeling very disappointed.

    I had an excellent experience selecting faucets and a shower system. Matthew Cvinar is an amazing consultant. He first listened to me to understand the features that are important to me and my price points. He then showed me great options and gave me information that helped me make an informed decision. I really appreciate his patience and kindness. The showroom is beautiful and everyone is polite an welcoming. I am thankful to have this great place to shop for plumbing, lighting, kitchen and bath near my home.
