    I rarely write reviews but would be remiss if I did not rave about the outstanding experience we had with Ferguson in purchasing a replacement for our built in refrigerator/freezer (after 32 years!). Tom Carrea was very helpful in laying out the choices, got us a great price on the one we selected and arranged for prompt delivery and installation. Our house is 100 years old so the clearances in the rooms are tight and the ceilings are only 7-1/2 feet high making it challenging to move the old unit out and the new one in. Tom got involved and they sent out a second crew so they could maneuver the old unit out and the new unit in while taking care not to damage our kitchen flooring or cabinetry. And Tom K of Meister Home Improvements did a neat and efficient job disconnecting the old unit and installing the new one. We could not be more pleased with our experience with Ferguson from start to finish! We will definitely use them when we need other appliances.

She was extremely helpful in assisting us choose the right appliances for our needs. She has gone above and beyond tracking down appliances and ensuring that the installation went well.     I went to the Ferguson showroom while working on a bathroom project - plumbing, shower, faucets, and all the finishing touches. I quickly realized how much goes into making sure colors and finishes actually match between brands (one company’s “brass” is another’s “matte gold”). I was helped by Sebastian, who was amazing. He was incredibly knowledgeable, very accommodating, and always responsive. He took the time to compare options across different brands, helped color match everything perfectly, and gave excellent recommendations. Prices were also very reasonable - better than other distributors I had checked. Also their online system made the whole process smooth and easy. Later on, when an issue came up (as they often do in any build), I reached out to Sebastian. He jumped right on it, resolved the problem, and even contacted the manufacturer for me. That’s true A+ customer service. Highly recommend Ferguson and especially Sebastian for anyone looking for an easy experience!

    Front desk person didn’t say hi or anything. Even didn’t reply to my “hi” She needs to learn how to greet people if she really wants to work in customer service field. Just a friendly advice and my feedback for this place :)

How long do I have to return an item?

For most items, you may initiate a return for refund of the purchase price (not including shipping) within 90 days of receipt. Items cannot be returned or exchanged after 90 days from receipt of the order.
