I recently called to get help with a part that I wasn't sure could be located. I spoke with Natra and she was the most helpful, patient and courteous person ever! She not only took her time to search for a part, but she followed up the next day after calling the manufacturer of the product!. I will always use Ferguson and plan to use them more than the big box stores just for their customer service. Thank you so much Natra!!! and Thank you Ferguson for hiring her!!!
