He didn't even bother to look at what I had. He asked about three times for a part number. And finished of his customer service by saying that he can't help without a part number. The store wasn't busy and I was the only customer there so it's not as if they needed to help people for some after lunch rush. He could've easily taken the time explain whether he recognizes the part or not and where I can find the part number when I get back to the faucet. That would've been helpful even if he can't get the part without a part number. The emptyness of the establishment is most likely a reflection of the service they have.
