  I’ve lived in Williamstown for 19 years and I’ve been going to Ferras ever since! They are amazing! So very nice honest and fair! I’ve had a custom piece made there too they do beautiful work! Highly recommend!

  I brought my platinum wedding ring, that after 8 years, has turned more like dull stainless steel to Fera's Jewelers to see if they could polish it. They did an unbelievable job! It doesn't look just polished but absolutely revitalized! I really would love to post pictures but I forgot to take a "before" photo and the "after" picture doesn't do it justice AT ALL! All of the intricate details on my ring are exactly as they were before but all the parts in need of refurbishing were done. You literally couldn't ask for a better result. On top of all of that, they were extremely reasonably priced! I would highly recommend Fera's for anyone looking to revitalize any sentimental pieces but are wary of somebody lacking a delicate touch

  Just went in and got a watch band ... They went out of their way to get a band that fit my old Timex watch. Terrific customer service!... It's so nice when you meet nice people!... I watched how they handle those coming in the door and they were kind to all.. I have been there several times and they treat me just as good as the next person... Please consider using them!
