Much appreciation to Missy. Recently came in looking for assistance with an ear problem for a friend's dog. At first I could not find what I was hoping for and Missy was able to look at a photo of the problem, identify it immediately and get me exactly what was needed. Her assistance saved the owner a lot of worry and anguish and her definite care was obvious. Thank you Missy!

CAT WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND! I am a travel nurse and was heading home in the opposite direction and asked cat if she could send me pictures of the hamsters in stock because the store was out of my way an hour and without hesitation she did! Thank you so much!
