  I like that I can get my cat Smokey's toenails there at a reasonable price and pick up my pet supplies at the same time.

  Store was clean and seemed organized. Had good prices on some new and clearance items.. will be back if ever in the area again.

  I went to buy food and supplies for my pets at 8:55 but they already locked down the doors before 9.

  I thought the employees were being friendly by asking if I needed help, but they didn't want me taking photos in the store. Tough to give a good review if they don't want reviews. Bought two different sizes of dog harness(small and extra small) but one was too big and the other too small.

  Awful customer service. Tall guy in hat almost bumped into me in fish dept and just said sorry then walked back to office. Saw me staring at the tanks for well over 10 min but never came to see if I needed anything ( I was the only one in the store.) dead fish in each tank just floating while he’s standing behind counter not doing anything. These Feeder supply stores are all a blight on the lexington pet industry. All of the stores have terrible customer service and the stores are in disrepair when they’re all less than 5 yrs old. Sad state. Don’t recommend any of them. I’ll order online and pay shipping prices before I buy from here.
