- LCLilly Coggin5 days ago2.0One of the store cats Anna is (what I feel) borderline neglected. She is extremely over weight to the point where she can’t reach anything past her front legs and chest. She’s also covered in fleas and flea dirt. Not to mention that she smells of piss and poop, probably because she’s so big that she can’t clean her backend. I took out a tissue to try to clean it and it seemed to really help, and she seemed to enjoy it too. Now I only say borderline neglected because she is obviously well fed, sheltered, has a flea collar (that sadly obviously doesn’t work) and has lots of enrichment, but with a place that has a grooming service I’m surprised of how dirty she is.

The employee was happy to check for me and when we got to the store about 20 minutes before closing, both of the employees that we had contact with were extremely nice, carried the food to the counter for us and chatted with us like we were old friends. I highly recommend doing business with this store.
