  They are no long located at this location. The store Is completely empty and their site still has their hours and days post. It drove all the way out there an it was completely empty.

  I live down the road from this store and the location is carrying all the weight of the stars I gave it. I can walk or ride my bike here to get stuff for my pets and that’s handy. For the last few months, I have had to go to the back room and extract an employee to ring me out every single time I’m here. Today didn’t break the trend. I showed up with my dog to use the pet wash station (other reviews have already touched on the price and quality but again, location). When I walked in, there was a family with a dog waiting around the front waiting for help and annother else using the pet wash station. No employee in sight. This isn’t my first rodeo here, so I went to the back of the store and tried to find an employee. Sure enough they were in the back and having some should’ve-been-private conflict on speakerphone and pacing around none the wiser that I was there. I tried standing on the periphery and then I saw that the family who had been waiting had lost patience and helped themselves to the pet wash station. I don’t know why but seeing that the customers were so ignored that they had to be even MORE proactively self-service with the already overpriced self-service wash was my last straw. Im writing this walking home with my dog to try the pet store over by Kroger instead. I don’t know if I’ll be back unless I’m desperate

  They never have feeder mice because they let one person buy ten at a time. Of course you would think they would order more than they do or more often but that would be to much like work for them . It's really ridiculous. It's been two weeks and no mice .
