  Cashier (young guy with glasses) was not listening and gave my $10 reward to my significant other who was checking out before myself (he let me enter my number in to get points). My S/O even purposely said “give it to her (for when I checked out next).” We didn’t realize he applied it right then. When it was my turn I asked him to use my reward and he acted like he did. Then I checked the receipts later to find out it was not given to me… please train your workers to listen to the customer. It takes me months to get these points. I was so excited to get a discount on my purchase and was tricked. Not too pleased with my service today. I will most likely take my business to Petco.

  Needed crickets for my kid’s lizard.. Waited in line to ask for assistance, they said they would send someone to help right away.. after standing and watching the employees do everything but help me, I went to the PetCo store down the road. I guess PetCo will be where we go now.

  Fantastic selection of toys, treats, and gear! We purchased a hard-to-find dog food, as well as a harness. It is great to have a store to support, that is as well-stocked as the online shops.

  I called the Middletown location asking for a specific item. They seemed like it was putting them out So much to check and see if they had that item. When they told me no, I asked the gentleman if he knew if any other feeder supply locations would carry it, He told me “I don’t care what other stores carry, I just know what we have”. This is the most disrespectful and rude thing I have ever heard from a company and I will NEVER do business with Feeder Supply again because of it. I have 8 dogs, 5 cats, ducks, chickens, and more and they will receive ZERO dollars from me again.
