- BJBob JonesOct 11, 20251.0Employees know nothing of how things work like the weekend pet clinic. Nor do they care about the disabled or the Americans with Disabilities Act…only $ matters here. Management…save your feeble “we’re sorry, we care” crap. I’ve read the reviews and nothing in your store has changed despite all the comments saying you’re gonna do better. The incompetence that surrounds the dog, Clinic is amazing to me. How can you have a dog Clinic several times a year at least and not know anything about it except to tell whatever gets the customer out of your face the fastest.

We got some fish and ghost shrimps and some didn't make it home safely because of lack of experience. I can say the young lady was very helpful with great customer service.
