  Poor service. Wouldn’t check the product I could clearly see on the shelf in the back, almost certain it was what I needed because she “couldn’t get to it”, wouldn’t allow me to get closer to it, didn’t offer to ask another employee if they could, and didn’t let me know when they would have more in stock. This specific product is more often than not empty on the shelf but in stock in the back. The employees here used to be generally helpful but always genuinely caring and supportive with their customers needs (in my experience) but it seems the cashier Hailey doesn’t care to be helpful or think to find someone who can be.

  I went to the Feeders Supply in St Matthews this evening looking for a lighted dog collar. I didn't see any in the aisle where pet collars are kept, so I went up to the front and asked one of the employees. She just looked at me and said she didn't know if they had any, and then she just stared at me. She may as well have said "I don't know and I don't care." Great customer service 😡

  Went at approximately 720 pm to use bathing facility for my dog. Told by the representative at the register the bays close at 7pm. Noted the window has 8 pm. The representative said they were under staffed so they close the bays at 7pm. Encouraged him to change the sign to 7 pm if that is the case. Also change it on the website.

  I went with my son to wash his dog. Nice room, had all the shampoo & supplies needed, had restraints, a huge basin, even a table for drying the dog. When you sign in, they'll give you towels. My son needed extra and they happily obliged. After, we went shopping for a toy and treats. Great experience, very pleased.

  I usually like coming into this place to get my dogs nails done and a bath, but the past couple times I’ve went I would call to let them know that I’m coming and then when I get there, they turn me away for short staff or another. That’s why I called in the first place. So I wouldn’t have to drive out of my way from another county. I told the lady I called an hour ago to make sure They were doing them and still got turned down. i’m sorry, but I probably won’t be doing business with you guys no more
