And then the cashier even mentioned that the litter I'm switching to is a really great choice!!!! By the way, it's been two days, and we love it! Our cats love it! We are a retired military family, so I asked if they had a discount with my ID card, and sure enough, they offered us a 5% discount. Thank you, Feeders Pet Supply in Lansing!!!!!!!! Great store and we will be back! ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️

I bring my dog in to use the pet wash, which is very nice and the only reason this place is getting 2 stars. They allowed me to pay without telling me there was a wait and I was walked back to the pet wash room, given a towel, and got my dog all set up. My dog is already in the bath when a few moments later a very rude employee walks in and tells me “uhm you’re not first in line.” Excuse me? Then why did nobody tell me there was a wait and why was I allowed into this room and sold the product? I paid !! She was already in the bath!! I’m so sorry but this was YOUR mistake and as an establishment, whoever that room was reserved for needs to probably be discounted and informed that you made a mistake and they will have to wait awhile longer. But to kick us out of the dog wash room? Ridiculous. Obviously I am not standing around to wait to clean my dog. By the way, the people the room was “reserved for” were not even outside waiting. I highly suggest retraining your staff and teaching them some customer service skills. Not a single employee was remotely kind or personal. Forget this place.
