She explained the process and was honest in informing me of potential barriers given this was his first time being groomed, such as maybe needing extra time or wanting to ensure he responds well to the procedure. I received the notice he was ready early and got there to pick him up - he was groomed nicely, happy as ever and I could see he loved Amber! She did an amazing job trimming him up as well as with his thick undercoat. I have noticed a huge decrease in itching since picking him up. I will definitely be bringing him in on a regular basis!!
