HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I have been to several top rated haunted houses around the country and this one was by far my favorite. I personally don’t get scared, but I like to be surprised (so I always have to be in front haha) and there were quite a few dark corners and places for people to pop out of. We did the VIP, definitely worth it as it is more immersive if the actors can touch you. The best part was that it was HUGE and they had a ton of different themes, didn’t feel like I was in and out right away and there are so many different types of “fears” that it can hit on (heights, claustrophobia, etc.) They had fantastic animatronics, awesome themes, great actors, and just an overall awesome experience. Even on the way in there were actors doing cool stuff (one guy stopped to show me how he can hammer a nail into his nose haha). I don’t want to give away tons of details, but I would go to this again for sure and will tell everyone it is definitely worth it.
My friends and I had so much fun at Fear Factory! We went the day before Halloween so it was crowded, and we waited more than an hour. Definitely plan your visit beforehand, especially parking. We had to walk a few blocks from our spot. Our tickets were about $30 for general admission, but the experience was worth it! The set design was to DIE for! Do not go it you are claustrophobic, have a fear of heights, and don't like fake spiders or fake gore. My friends and I don't have those fears, so we had a lot of fun! The actors are great, and they will not chase you. We were slowly followed by an actor at one point. There is an option to have them touch you, but we didn't upgrade to that. Groups are big so you will most likely be walking with strangers. There are exits if you get too scared. I had so much fun and the workers not acting were very nice. There are photo opportunities included in general admission. Again, we had so much fun, definitely got scared just right! The set is something you should totally check out it was amazing! The entire walk took us about 35 minutes, definitely worth the money!

Line was really long, however we went the Saturday before Halloween so maybe that's why. I loved all the different things that they did. I love how they use their lasers to make it look like a swamp where you couldn't see your feet or as doorways and stuff. My favorite part was in the Clown Room where you wore 3D glasses. They made the floor look completely uneven and it was just crazy. It literally looked like there were things floating in the air. I got freaked out a couple of times and there was lots of screaming from me and my boyfriend. My entire group were either screaming or laughing so hard. It was just a blast. It was a little loud and I had to plug my ears sometimes. I loved all the different levels and seeing the ground way beneath my feet. There weren't that many chainsaws which I think are always the scariest. But there was an alligator at one point and that was the most scared I have ever been at a haunted house. I do wish it had been a little longer. But overall it was just so much fun!

Had a thrilling experience at Fear Factory! I’m not a big scare house guy, i usually find the haunted corn mazes and stuff a bit boring.
But Fear Factory genuinely surprised me with how massive and well designed it was. I’ve lived in Utah for years and seen the factory many times from the highway. But I’ve never bothered to try it out!
From just the line leading to the entrance I could feel my heart rate rising. Going in I had no idea what I was in for! The scares range from massive mechanical props, to well trained actor, to set design and more! I’m hard to scare but did find myself jumping here and there! Of all the things to get me tonight the alligator was the one animatronic that had me jumping a foot.off the ground.
Coming from Portland I’ve seen some pretty extreme scare houses and while this didn’t surpass them in terroristic intensity (Portland can honestly be a bit much…) it is intense in its own right and a worthy scare houses for those who enjoy being thrilled and frightened. They use every inch of this factory well and I can see why it comes so highly recommended. The price is well worth the experience.
Thanks for a thrilling night Fear Factory!!!
So yesterday around 8-9pm it was me and my boyfriend and my brothers first time going to fear factory with our bounce back wristbands, we didn’t know what the process was to get the tickets for that so we talk to a lady who was really nice and told us how to get our tickets. We went to the ticket booth got our tickets and got upgraded to vip, the lady at the ticket booth didn’t say we needed a vip wristband and she didn’t ask for our email (because of that we didn’t get our photo sadly). We thought all we needed was our QR code and that’s it so we went to the vip line but once we got to the area where they scan the tickets. The lady that scanned our ticket said we weren’t vip cause we didn’t have the wristbands (again no one gave us it). She acted like we were lying but she went to her manger and luckily they found us in the system. Then when she was looking for our waivers she was super rude and was rushing us for our names, putting the wristbands on us all in a hurry as if there was a big line behind us when it was just us. As she was looking for our waivers she kept talking to us like we didn’t understand her like as if we didn’t speak English when we clearly were speaking English. She couldn’t find my boyfriend’s wavier so she asked him to make another one and as he was doing it she literally just grabbed his phone aggressively and was doing it HERSELF. She even signed the wavier for him. That experience ruined it for all of us. We all were super uncomfortable and really wish we went to another person. I wish I got her name so people could avoid her but she unfortunately didn’t have a name tag. Then after all that the lady working at the Photo Booth was rude too. It was really crazy cause it’s not like it was our first time there, we’ve been there a couple times over the pass couple years and we have never been treated that way. Please hire better and nicer people.
