  I have used Fashion Cleaners since year 2000. They always do a fabulous job on our dry cleaning. They are not the cheapest dry cleaner in town, but they always care perfectly for our dresses , shirts and suits. It’s worth it to me not to get our clothes ruined at a bargain dry cleaner. When we travel they don’t mind putting individual garments in separate plastic covers.

  The customer service was terrible. I brought in a plain Gucci shirt, and the employee charged me $735. I was confused because I had taken the same shirt to another store previously, and they charged me less than $100. I’m unsure if the employee made a mistake in the calculation or if that’s the actual price for that type of shirt. Instead of explaining why the shirt cost so much, he rudely snatched the receipt from my hands and said, “That’s the price.”

  They do good work and are honest about what they can do and what they can’t do. As they do all the cleaning on premises, as they have for decades, they know fabrics and how to treat them. I have taken my stuff here for a long time.

  Very bad customer service was told aggressively they wouldn’t clean the item I brought in and that “nobody would want to do it” in case they break the straps and then he tried to walk off
