- AAAdam AarsvoldMay 22, 20202.0I had 2 claims while with Midwest, a home and an auto claim. I dealt with Traveler's directly for just about the entire claim, I'm not sure why I had an agent. Then my agent left the company and I wasn't informed until I tried to contact him. Then my policy was canceled by Traveler's because Midwest didn't give me a form that was sent to them by Traveler's a year ago. There seems to be little benefit when you can get better rates by dealing direct with your insurer. Edit: owner replied below that I reviewed the wrong agency. The website of this agency links to Mr Kavan. I have email correspondence with Mr Kavan, so that reply isn't a good look.
