  Nicholas is a true professional. He has a thorough understanding of the insurance world and represents Farm Bureau very well. I appreciate how he took time to address my questions and allay my concerns with moving from another insurance company. Give this guy an opportunity to work for you as he has for me.

  Very unhappy with this company/agent. We had a tree fall on our house on July 1st and we are STILL waiting for resolution. First when I questioned the person who we thought was our agent, I was given snark and condescension in her email. Then suddenly we're told we have a new agent. Fine. We have been trying to get a hold of someone to explain to us the process of what is going to happen and we keep getting the brush off. I'm extremely angry because we keep getting told that it's in the 'storm team's hands' NO IT'S NOT! YOU CAN ANSWER OUR QUESTIONS ABOUT OUR POLICY. This does not give me confidence that we will be taken care of. So on top of the stress of my house being destroyed, I have to deal with condescending or just non communicating agents.
