  You guys helped me get off of my parents plan and onto my own, and still kept a low insurance payment! You made it so easy when I got my apartment to add renters insurance. There was always a line of communication throughout the whole process.

  Farm Bureau insurance is the best! Always friendly & available. Rusty takes his time, answering all your questions, being patient & thorough. I am really happy that I found an insurance agent that I know will take care of me & all of my concerns. I feel like a valued customer & I appreciate the great customer service that I get every time from the ladies up front!!

  Rusty and his staff have gone over the top to help us after our agent left Farm Bureau and us in a bad situation. I am so thankful for their help and fast response to our needs.

  This office was very helpful in helping me get everything figured out for my insurance on my first house and making sure everything was taken care of. I would highly recommend this office!

  Rusty Walters is the best insurance agent I have ever had. His staff is knowledgable and friendly and he explained everything so I knew what policy to purchase. It was so nice to have an actual agent come to my house to explain my policy instead of dealing with a 1-800 number.
