  I have worked with Robin Prudencio and her assistant, Anna Harris, since March 2022. I discovered Robin and FBFS after experiencing a very disappointing concern for our home and auto insurance business from State Farm after more than 40 years of working with them. Robin was very interested in our home and auto insurance needs. She was happy to come to our home and thoroughly review our then current policies with State Farm (SF). She showed us how our home had been seriously overvalued by SF over a number of years by failing to annually review home market values in our area which resulted in overcharges for several years. Robin brought down our home and auto insurance premiums immediately while increasing our levels of coverage. Robin continues to come to our home every year to review our home valuation and insurance needs to make sure we are paying for what we need, not what they have available to sell. Robin’s assistant, Anna, has always been readily available to answer questions or address concerns whenever Robin has been unavailable. We are pleased with the insurance coverage, policy prices, and service we have received from Robin Prudencio and Farm Bureau Financial Services. We know they are with us now and will continue to be in the future for our insurance needs. I strongly recommend Robin and her staff at Farm Bureau Financial Services.
