  Lance Juett Farm Bureau Financial Services is awesome! Payton was very knowledgeable and helpful when explaining everything with my auto/home policy. Whenever I call in with a question, Charles and Hunter are able to help out and provide amazing customer service. I recommend Lance Juett Farm Bureau Financial Services to all of my family and friends and they have yet to disappoint!

  I signed up for a policy and even paid (in person by check) for a full year. They accepted the money but about 1-month later, without warning, I received another bill for $480. FB refused to honor our original agreement so I changed providers. I did get a partial refund but they did keep the pro-rated incremental charge which I never agreed to. I had a bad experience.

  They are very nice here. Even got me a lower rate when I paired MT renters and auto insurance!! And took the time to offer us a quote on term life insurance.
