- JJJudge JureyAug 4, 20252.0I've been with farm bureau since 1997 after Paul retired his son-in-law took over and I am not happy with his performances because he doesn't ever answer his phone he doesn't return calls he's quick to send you all kinds of stuff in the mail and send you emails and you get texts but you get no answers that way I'm most displeased with Josh. Paul and his wife were the best agents I've ever had. I knew that would end when they retired. The younger generations have absolutely no customer abilities and quite frankly don't care to put forth any effort whatsoever. It frustrating as all get out.
