  Jordan and his team are true professionals. My wife and I used Farm Bureau for all of our insurance lines when living in Utah. We sadly had to find a new insurance carrier for our home and auto after moving to Nevada. I can verify that the service we receive now is not comparable to what we received from Farm Bureau!

  Really awesome customer service , very very helpful , always was on time and responsible about sending emails . I highly recommend this insurance !! Jamie was always a great agent to talk to , always answered questions and explained things in a timely manner . The staff were really friendly and kind .

  Our experience with Carolyn at Farm Bureau in Layton has been frustrating. They’re slow to respond to calls and emails, and we submitted everything to cancel our policy, yet they’re still trying to charge us. They more than doubled our premium despite us having no claims or changes to our business, and we’ve now found better coverage elsewhere for less than half the price. The service has been slow and unprofessional at times.
