We always enjoy working with Jeremiah. Always eager to help in times of need. We've had to make two different claims and it was always nice to have him on our side. Several years ago we had roof damage, and thought it was all fixed, come to find the roofer did a bad job, Jeremiah fought for us to get the internal water damage fixed under the same claim which saved us a bunch of money and time. Thanks Jeremiah!

Receptionist is very rude. Lies about too many things. Lots of hidden fees. Keeps charging after closing account months ago. Fails to file documents properly. Doesn't get back to you, you have to try to get a hold of them instead. Waste of money.

If I could give negative stars I would. This insurance agent and his team don’t care about their customers. I was at this insurance for quite a bit I always paid my bill. As the year went by my insurance amount went higher without no explanation. I canceled my insurance and got a new one and was told by the receptionist that I would get my refund by 26 January. I haven’t received anything in the mail so I decided to call just to find out that she didn’t even cancel my policy. The receptionist canceled my automobile insurance but not my renters insurance. Then I also found out that they weren’t going to give me my full refund because of a membership fee that they charged me three days before I canceled my policy. I also then I found out that my refund hadn’t even been sent out yet. I asked kindly if they would refund my full amount of $272 because of all the inconvenience that they had put me through and all of the miscommunication that the receptionist gave to me. I got hung up twice by the agent and got no answer to my refund. He was very rude and he didn’t care to actually listen to me. I don’t play with my money, especially when I am depending on groceries, and medications.
