Called Jennifer to help cancel some policies. She said she would email paperwork and never did. Tried to get in touch with her to follow up and she never responded. Had to go straight to corporate to resolve the issue. Would not recommended her due to her lack of communication and poor execution. Not to mention, there are much better rates for insurance at other companies.
