  We were rear-ended by one of farm bureau's clients, we contacted them because we needed to be reimbursed for the damage, and they reduced the amount of the claim and told us it was their policy. We are the victim in this and told the rep the insurance company needs to make us whole and fix our auto. we were told to call a lawyer. The rep hung up on us.

  I went to them for a quote on my house that’s 3 acres. They were so informative in explaining my previous policy coverage and how outrageous my previous policy was. It was so comforting to have an agent to come to my home and explain how they can save me money that I was overpaying and find out what actually matters most to me!
