  Good luck getting an answer from them. I've spent 3+ weeks trying to get a quote for additional insurance (I'm already a customer with a commercial policy and I'm trying to add more). I've only been working with the admins, and they tell me they are too busy. The owner, Jason High hasn't even said a word. I haven't spoke to him and he hasn't even replied to an email, even though he's copied in with my frustration. That says a lot about the company. We're getting ready to start the 4th week of trying for a quote. I'm switching to a new Farm Bureau agent. Do not do business here, unless you want the run-around for almost a month.

  The previous agent was uncaring when attempting to file a claim. It was like he didn't want the hassle. Rates for vehicles are too high. I was switched to this agent but have no experience.
